For the last 30 years, the network marketing industry has assumed everyone is interested just in the money...fancy clothes, nice car, big house, etc....they are simply wrong.

The best thing you can do to increase your recruiting success is to stop talking about the money.

All the materials and resources you will ever need are free. If you need help finding them let us know. Don't get caught up in feeling that you need to "invest" in lots of materials, sponsor packages, CDs etc. Teach your teams to use their hard earned dollars on things that matter. What would you rather have them spend their money on sales materials or more products that you get paid on?

Hmmm...does not seem that long ago some were saying I was wasting my time with Facebook pages...Twitter...Blogs, etc. Now those same people are creating their own Facebook pages....Twitter profiles, etc.
